Currently we are looking for a Night Shift General Foreman!!

Project Specifics:

  • Alberta Pacific Pulp Mill Site – between Grassland and Athabasca
  • Rapid Antigen test is required 72 hours before the start date
  • Living out allowance of $160.00/day
  • Monday – Friday (5/2) 10 hour shifts-day (7am-5:30 pm) and night (5 pm-3:30 am, night premium applies)

What you Bring:

  • 5-8 years of previous experience in general foreman role and/or industrial construction or Oil & Gas
  • Manage welding work and welding repairs to structural seal welds
  • Assist the work where possible, including assisting welders pull cable into location
  • Strong awareness of construction terms, multi tasking, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong leadership, supervisory skills and communication skills
  • Proven track record with successful completion of deliverables
  • Strong compliance and adherence with safety standards
  • Able to perform physical work in field environment including bending, lifting, walking
  • Invested in a safety-oriented work environment
  • Previous Experience: Foreman, construction, general foreman, supervisor, construction foreman, construction supervisor, superintendent, construction superintendent, steamfitter, pipefitter, weld, welder, rig welder

Additional Requirements:

  • Successfully complete a pre-access drug and alcohol testing
  • Valid CWB Welding Journeyman Red Seal Certification
  • Valid Drivers License and Clean Abstract
  • Fall Pro, EWP, CSTS-20 / WHMIS 2015
  • Standard First Aid
  • Leadership for Excellence Certificate an asset
