We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team!
This role is a primary point of contact with client/customers in respect to coordinating schedules, gathering information and relaying information to crews.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support
- Responding to phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Scheduling and booking clients
- Providing quotes
- Sending invoices and processing payments
- Tracking additional services
- Scheduling crews, customer appointments and bookings
- Rescheduling calendar when required
- Coordinate crew routes to maximize efficiency
- Communicate with crews for updates throughout the day
- Conduct outbound calls to book previous customers for the season
- Upsell and offer additional services with customers
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Business Administration diploma or scheduling experience is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year office experience
- Must have extensive computer knowledge in Google Drive
- Ability to "think on your feet", problem solve and be resourceful
- Must have excellent listening, speaking, written and administrative skills
- Must be willing to manage after hours calls when necessary
