Responsibilities & Qualifications:Position Summary:Reporting to the Production Supervisor the Shipping Clerk is responsible for completing administrative duties within the warehouse. This position will provide customer service while directing incoming deliveries, processing warehouse paperwork and overseeing other clerical duties in a fast paced and demanding environment.
Shift: Tuesday- Friday 8am-4pm and Saturday 5:30am-1:30pm or as per operational requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Administrative duties surrounding shipping label generation and invoice management
- Accurate and professional coordination with colleagues to facilitate selection duties
- Communication with external stakeholders (coordinating third party shipping and will-call activities)
- Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations, and Food Safety programs
- Adhering to all Organizational policies, procedures, and Cornerstone Values
- All other duties as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong professional communication and customer service skills
- Strong self directed organization, coordination, and time management capabilities
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
- Must demonstrate a proven record of consistent on-time attendance
Working Conditions:
- Steel toe (CSA approved) footwear is required as all times in the warehouse.
- Must be able to handle all types of food products including fresh: seafood, beef, pork, produce, nuts, spices, milk, eggs, etc.
- Must be able to work in multiple temperature zones including cooler (0oC to 4oC) and freezer (-20oC to -30oC) environments
