Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout Calgary and the surrounding areas! Home Instead CAREGivers provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Medication and appointment reminders
  • Supporting people with Alzheimer's or Dementia
  • Assisting with personal care, including dressing, grooming, and bathing
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and engaging way

CAREGiver Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, in English
  • Full access to a vehicle, insured in your name with a valid Class 5 driver's license for every shift
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Consistent, non-flexible availability
