Sunmar Contracting Ltd. is a small business in Calgary in the sign installation business and we are looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator who is able to provide support to the team as well as performing administrative tasks required for the smooth running of the office.
Duties will include:
Answering the telephone and handling inquiries
Administration of benefits
Compiling and sending out daily reports
Weekly/Monthly/Annual record keeping on vehicles
Entering and Processing work orders
Ordering materials and office supplies
Skills needed:
Positive attitude
Organizational skills
Computer Skills including Microsoft office products (word , excel, etc.)
Effective oral and written communication
Customer Service experience helpful
Team player, happy to help out where needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
