This position is located at our Kuusamo Plant location which is a ten-minute drive west of Sylvan Lake on the Highway 11 and easily accessible from the QEII.
General Overview
- Location: Kuusamo Plant - 38451 Range Road 22, Red Deer County, AB
T4E-2N6
- Hours of Work: Fulltime Hourly 8:00AM รข€" 4:30PM Mon-Fri
- Wage: Competitive market rate based on experience

- Reporting to Plant Manager and Customer Service Manager
The role of the Operations Support includes, but are not limited to:
- Receive documents from warehouse and enter to spreadsheets with accuracy; scan and email to customer
- Enter physical inventories weekly
- Scan order, receiving, and inspection documents to file
- Assist in creation of purchase requisitions
- From email or phone, create orders and batch tickets
- Print orders, batch tickets, labels, and SDSs and send to warehouse
- Review shipped orders and scan to file for invoicing.
- Answer phones
- Maybe required to assist in yard or warehouse so must be comfortable using personal protective equipment
Experience and Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PDF suites
- Excellent attention to detail; demonstrated ability for accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in information processing
- Ability to manage high volumes during peak times
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Experience navigating Chempax or ERP systems considered an asset
