Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary Certificate in Office Administration or Business Administration;
- Minimum 2 years of office experience;
- Strong computer skills with considerable experience with MS Office, data entry and a working knowledge of email;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Successful candidate must provide College or University transcripts, Criminal Record Check and proof of Covid 19 Vaccination, negative PCR test within the past 72 hours or an approved exemption to Human Resources prior to commencement.

Position Description
Admissions Support
Nature and Scope of Work
The Admissions Support reports to the Registrar Admission Services, Slave Lake Campus and is responsible for providing front line service & information to clients as well as assistance to Admissions Officers in processing of applications for admission to the College. This position is part of the Admissions Office where applications for admission to College programs are processed and information on programs is provided to the public.
Duties and Responsibilities
Primary duties include: responding to general inquiries about College programs and services, sending out information in response to inquiries, organizing application information, preparing and sending out routine letters/documentation as directed, making follow-up phone calls regarding requirements, providing shared switchboard & front-line service and performing routine data entry. The position provides routine assistance to Admissions Officers and provides day-to-day administrative support services to clients and staff within Student Services department.
Qualifications
