Overview:Performs the preparation, assembly, packing of sandwiches, and other food-related products. Maintains safe working conditions, following Foodsafe Procedures.Responsibilities:
  • Assembles food service items as per standard recipe.
  • Maintains productivity levels.
  • Packages and labels prepared product for distribution.
  • Cleans and prepares fresh produce items.
  • Cleans and sanitizes all equipment and fixture surfaces as per provincial and company standards.
  • Maintains high standard of personal hygiene and follows standard company and provincial regulations for food safety.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • Some high school
  • Related experience
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/TRAVEL:
Reading – Some basic high school
Writing- Some basic high school
Math- Some basic high school
Computer- No computer.
Equipment- Wrapping machine.
Travel- Not a requirement
PHYSICAL EFFORT/WORKING CONDITIONS:
No demand for physical exertion. Stationary position.
MANAGEMENT/PLANNING:
May assist in training new staff.
