The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling multiple administrative duties in both the front and back office including receptionist, scheduling patient communication, and filing. Qualifications * â¥2 years of MOA experience. * Medical Office Assistant certification is favoured. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail. * Desire to work with diverse patients requiring clinical and surgical management. * Dictation/ Transcription * Duties and Responsibilities * Greet patients upon arrival, providing excellent patient care service and problem solving when necessary. * Receive and communicate patient messages to clinic staff. * Schedule appointment bookings, reminders and follow-ups. * maintain confidential patient information, such as medical results and case histories, with electronic medical record software (Netcare).. * Manage clinic shipping, receiving and filing. * Perform basic disinfection and decontamination of equipment and exam rooms if needed.
