AMG Energy Corp is looking for a payroll and human resources administrator for our Lacombe office. We would be proud to have you as a part of our strong and growing team of qualified staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Payroll data entry for salaried and hourly employees
  • Administering employee benefit programs, health, and safety program
  • Assisting in resume screening and interview process, orientate new hires and complete new hire paperwork
  • Filing paperwork in respective locations
  • Assisting management with any required tasks
  • Assisting with the front door รข€" answering phones, unlocking the door for visitors & ordering office supplies

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma, or Certificate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of HR practices including recruitment, compensation, labour codes, training and development
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite specifically in Excel, Word, Outlook
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability and enjoyment in learning and adapting quickly in a dynamic, growing organization
  • Initiative with a strong ability to problem solve
  • Able to follow direction when needed from multiple sources with minimal input and supervision

Salary: $42,240.00-$57,600.00 per year
