AMG Energy Corp is looking for a payroll and human resources administrator for our Lacombe office. We would be proud to have you as a part of our strong and growing team of qualified staff.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll data entry for salaried and hourly employees
- Administering employee benefit programs, health, and safety program
- Assisting in resume screening and interview process, orientate new hires and complete new hire paperwork
- Filing paperwork in respective locations
- Assisting management with any required tasks
- Assisting with the front door รข" answering phones, unlocking the door for visitors & ordering office supplies
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma, or Certificate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of HR practices including recruitment, compensation, labour codes, training and development
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite specifically in Excel, Word, Outlook
- High attention to detail
- Ability and enjoyment in learning and adapting quickly in a dynamic, growing organization
- Initiative with a strong ability to problem solve
- Able to follow direction when needed from multiple sources with minimal input and supervision
