Position: Regional Service Manager
Location: Western Canada
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
As a Regional Service Manager, you will be actively engaged in leading field activities including the promotion and completion of on-site preventive maintenance and repair services, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, controlling inventory, managing data and documentation while achieving all measurable performance targets. Your skills will help empower movement for people facing mobility challenges and increase the quality of lives for residents, patients and caregivers.
As the Regional Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- 16 Field Service Technicians, who perform on-site repairs service calls and preventative maintenance in long term care and hospital facilities across the Four Western Provinces
- Effectively managing your team to achieve/exceed annual performance targets including:
- Quota achievements
- Repair response time
- Repair completion time
- Support the promotion and sale of Preventive Maintenance Agreements
- Results oriented approach to contracts and tenders
- Actively participate in the annual target and budgeting process
- Implementation of corporate initiatives with a constructive and motivating method
· Represent and model the core values of the organization
The skills you will need
- Electro-mechanical technical knowledge or ability
- Experience managing a field service operations team
- Ability to travel as required to customer sites within the Western provinces when needed
- An in-depth working knowledge of supervising and leading people in a fast paced environment
- Self - motivated
- Results-minded and ability to leverage on the diverse strengths of people around you to succeed
