Saville Homes Ltd is seeking a full time Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Manage existing client relationship; main point of contact between client, interior designer, and all stakeholders
- Manage budget, expenses, selections, coordination, site meetings, schedules, and inspections
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Weekly updates with all on going projects
- Manage costs to establish project budgets and margins
- Perform site inspections daily
- Updating the building software
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience with new residential custom homes
- Minimum 5 years experience with structural and interior home renovations
- Proficient with the building process from Permit to Possession
- Experience must be verified
- Experience with BuilderTrend is considered an asset
- Must have a licence
- Must have a truck
