The Role

Our team is currently seeking an ambitious, articulate, and high energy Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst who is passionate and thrives on solving complex problems and fostering strong business relationships. You'll work collaboratively with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams to drive growth across the entire revenue funnel and establish and report on key metrics that enable recurring revenue growth and sales efficiency for 10KC.

To succeed in this position, you'll combine your passion for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes with a commitment to building client and personal relationships. You'll draw from your expertise with Salesforce and Hubspot to solve client challenges, communicate complex technical subject matter across client and internal audiences, and develop a vision for long-term expansion and thought leadership using 10KC best practices.

What you'll do

  • Successfully identify opportunities to drive revenue that includes go-to-market strategies, strategies to streamline the customer experience and life cycle, and potential process improvements.
  • Own and manage sales operations systems and infrastructure from Marketing Analytics, to Marketing Automation to Sales and Customer Success tools and own the integration of all platforms across the revenue tech stack, especially those integrated with Salesforce.
  • Utilize analytical and problem solving skills to dig into and analyze data while translating findings into clearly presented and digestible recommendations and next steps.
  • Proactively provide routine project updates to the Director of RevOps on project progress, upcoming milestones, project risks, interdependencies and areas requiring input or decision making.
  • Manage dashboards and build revenue forecasts that enable the team in understanding the current and future state of 10KC and meet business goals.
What you'll bring

  • A considerable amount of experience working in Sales or Revenue Operations, ideally at a B2B SaaS start up company with an understanding of how to be flexible and pivot when necessary.
  • Full breadth of revenue funnel reporting and analysis and a proven track record of successful management of a Sales or RevOps tech stack including, but not limited to Salesforce. Experience as a Salesforce Administrator is an added bonus.
  • A proficiency and knowledge in using Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and advanced Excel.
  • A strong curiosity and passion for finding core issues not only in your own work but also in presenting efficiency solutions for other teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills leading with kindness and empathy.
Expected salary range:$80, 000 -$110, 000
