Training period in Aspen Woods and then will transition to a Remote role
Successful candidates MUST HAVE Real Estate experience
* Candidate must NOT hold a Real Estate or Mortgage License
Job Responsibilities:
- Closing deals: managing, organizing and negotiating offers
- Building acquisitions packages
- Maintain relationships with staff to ensure continued flow of information
Candidate Skills & Qualifications:
- Deal-making/Closing experience
- A minimum of 2 years sales experience
- Real Estate knowledge/exposure is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone and people skills

Base pay per hour PLUS commission
