What are we looking for?

We are looking for an energetic, can-do Sales Professional who can drive and assist in the day-to-day growth of our consumer base. We're looking for a team player who's able to switch between working independently to understanding when it's important to bring in the team. You will be familiar with a fast paced and creative environment that is focused on quality and execution.

We also love cars and like to laugh!

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Identify leads, contact and onboard them to the Mintlist platform
  • Set weekly goals, and hold yourself accountable to achieve them, and be accountable to your team for your metrics
  • Actively leverage our CRM to create, communicate and track opportunities
  • Make daily sales calls to consumers selling their cars
  • Follow-up leads who have not converted
  • Preparing and presenting daily sales numbers
  • Understanding and promoting company programs
  • Assist consumers onboarding their vehicle in person as the need arises
  • Assist management in completing the sale between the seller and the buyer
  • Help establish best practices for the sales team and work to continuously streamline / refine the process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years sales experience is preferable
  • You need to have great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Positive can-do attitude: you look for new ways to get the job done, and get it done, everytime
  • Quick learner with a growth mindset
  • Auto industry experience is an asset but not necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to form strong professional relationships within a small, diverse team
  • Adapt easily to changing situations and flexible in juggling priorities: this is a start-up
  • Experience using Google Docs and CRM's.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary, commission and benefits commensurate with experience

Working Conditions:

We are all currently working remotely; when conditions permit we aim to offer a balanced hybrid model of WFH and in-office located at UBC Robson Square, smack in the center of Vancouver.
