Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day to day assistance to our advisor's, staff and clients through general phone inquiries or emails. Excellent customer service is important as our company prides itself on this value.
Duties will include answering the phone, minimal filing, scheduling appointments, data entry, processing enrollments, terminations, status updates, pdf creation, etc.
Sales experience an asset. Calling prospects and cold calls will be required with this position.
Attention to detail and discretion is a requirement.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with great organizational skills and time management.
Proficient with MS Office, strong background in Excel is a requirement.
Knowledge of group benefits, marketing and graphics design is an asset.
Ninety percent of the day will be spent working on the computer, processing forms, data entry, CSR database, scheduling appointments, spread sheeting, working with our quote system. Strong computer skill required.
