Job Summary:
We are looking for someone who is involved and passionate about their community. This position has very flexible hours starting out part-time but can easily grow into more. You'd work from home and out in the communities Valleyview and High Prairie, building new and meaningful relationships and helping us build new world class fiber infrastructure. You'll work closely with a remote team, and we are willing to teach you everything you'll need to know about our Fiber network. Community engagement is an important factor so your opinions and ideas would be an asset to our growing company. As a company we've made it our mission to provide the highest level in service, customer service and most importantly community engagement.
Responsibilities:
· Representing Northern Lights Fiber powered by Canadian Fiber Optics
· Social media, phone, and email interaction with customers
· Creating customer accounts
· Updating customers over the phone, through email and social media
· Monitoring social media accounts
· Gathering and sharing updates on social media
· Handing out vital information and updates
· Providing personalized customer service support
· Talking and engaging with customers in your day-to-day life
· Hosting community events
· Occasional travel between Valleyview and High Prairie
Qualifications:
· Live locally and have a positive image within your community
· Communication skills
· Vehicle and drivers license
· Social media profile, Facebook required â€" other platform knowledge an asset
· Bring your own device (phone reimbursement)
· Comfortable walking â€" door to door
· Time management and organization
· Work well on your own as well as taking instructions from a team
