Circuit Stream is the industry leader in AR/VR education. We've delivered courses to thousands of students globally, trained many of the world's leading organizations, and are strategic partners with the largest 3D content creation platform.
Circuit Stream courses are delivered directly to consumers through circuitstream.com and through partnerships with leading global universities. The company follows an inbound sales process and currently has a 9 person team split across our University and Direct to Consumer business.
We're looking for someone to lead the admissions team and grow our course enrolments. The Admissions Director will own the admission targets for the business and execute key strategies with our University partners and marketing team. The perfect person for this role knows how to motivate and lead a large admissions team and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work at a tactical level to support their team.
Responsibilities
- Drive the company's enrollment and revenue targets and be accountable for results
- Implement plans, strategies and tactics for achieving the company's admissions goals
- Manage the admissions team, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
- Hire, coach, and provide continuous training for enrollment advisors
- Build training programs that enable people to achieve their potential
- Define repeatable admissions processes and identify improvements
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
- Provide detailed and accurate admissions forecasting and reporting
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team
- Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
Key Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of B2B sales or admissions management experience at Director level (preferably with or at a University)
- Successful experience managing a team of 5+ enrollment advisor in an inbound high call volume environment
- Successful experience setting and evaluating rep progress against targets, in addition to aligning behavior with performance expectations
- Successful experience building and executing on a go-to-market sales strategy for new products
- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
- Mastery of the CRM, tasks, pipeline, performance and sales data
- Proven experience hiring, onboarding and training sales representatives
- Experience building and managing a territory
- Experience working within a fast-paced, startup company environment
