Junior Software Developer
Stormboard is looking for a Junior Software Developer. A Junior Developer at Stormboard is responsible for timely completion of tasks assigned, triaging issues reported by Customer Support and Quality Assurance, as well as working with the Marketing team to implement changes to the company web site. You will work closely and collaboratively with the team to deliver and maintain innovative features that will improve user experience and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the users of Stormboard.

We are looking for a candidate for a Junior Software Developer. As a developer at Stormboard, you will have opportunities to contribute to all aspects of the application code-base. You will work closely and collaboratively with the team in a junior position to deliver and maintain innovative features that will improve user experiences and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Stormboard.

What you will do:
- Ensure conformance to all product development specifications as established by design, development and marketing teams.
- Build and maintain clear communication channels (written and verbal) with other development staff to ensure clear and concise understanding of product requirements.
- Follow all change management procedures.
- Assist with product compliance initiatives.
- Meet all product design, development and marketing/reporting deadlines.
- Keep up to date on all security issues as directed by senior staff.
- Support, maintain and document software functionality.
- Report any potential security risks or defects.
What you need:
- PHP Experience.
- Javascript Experience.
- Understanding of the "GitHub Flow".
- Ability to work independently.

- Salary is dependent on experience, to be negotiated.
