As an Insurance Broker you are responsible for obtaining objectives through proactively reviewing customer accounts. In this pivotal role, you will help our customers make important policy coverage decisions so they can protect themselves, their families and property. This is a remote work from home opportunity.

Here is what a typical day looks like

- Accepting, quoting and assist in selling insurance within underwriting binding authority (General Insurance) ↩
- Promote retention of existing customers by building strong relationships and providing quality customer service ↩
- Following up on all account receivables generated by new business ↩
- Managing and maintaining activities in an organized and timely manner ↩
- Ensuring EPIC system is kept updated as required by internal and external regulation ↩
- Meet and exceed sales and retention targets ↩
- Liaising between client, and external insurance companies to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties ↩
- Providing clerical and administrative duties, as required

The value you bring

- General Insurance Level 2 License an asset ↩
- Strong sales skills and experience achieving targets individually and as a team ↩
- Working experience in EPIC an asset ↩
- Preferred understanding of policy wordings/coverage's ↩
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity ↩
- Passionate about helping people, self-driven, motivated and determined to succeed ↩
- The ability to communicate professionally over the phone and through email
