We are looking for a fabulous HR Assistant to join our friendly people team, due to exciting business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR career who is looking to develop their HR knowledge in a supportive team environment. You will work closely with our HR Coordinator and HR Business Partners to assist the HR function run smoothly and efficiently.
The Role:
You will provide administrative support to the People team to ensure all employee data is captured accurately and appropriately managed and that people processes and practices, including learning and development, are delivered efficiently and effectively.
HR Support
Update HR and related databases and employee files (eg new hires, leavers, personal/carers leave) and liaise with relevant corporate functions and office coordinators where required (Finance, Resourcing, IT, Marketing)
Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across systems and files
Prepare People Team correspondence, such as contract extension letters, employment confirmation letters, at the direction of the HRBPs
Co-ordinate onboarding performance check ins
Asist our HR Coordinator with HR reporting using our HRIS system
Learning support
You will play a key role in supporting our Learning & Performance team using our performance feedback system Lattice to administer project feedback cycles
Manage participant lists for Nous learning programs and events
Arrange the end-to-end logistics and set up of sessions for delivery of learning programs using our learning system, Learn Amp
Arrange the delivery of webinar sessions
Identify facilitators for local delivery of programs and ensure they are set-up for success
You are:
Flexible and adaptable

Positive, have a can-do attitude and are genuinely passionate about HR!
Possess excellent organisational skills and have high attention to detail
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and time management skills
Enjoy working with good humour in a fast-paced team environment!
And the practical experience:
Tertiary qualification in HR or a related field
Experience in a similar HR/Recruitment/Administration position will be highly regarded
Well-developed problem-solving skills
Ideally proficient in the use of MS Office suite of products, or willing and able to learn
