â©The Receptionist is key to providing the "first impression" of IBI Group in Edmonton for our clients, visitors, vendors and our employees, with in-person meetings and inquiries along with handling calls and emails. At times it can be very busy, but it is always a collaborative and personable office that prides itself in its professionalism, innovation and how we treat people.

â©Most of the things you'll work on:
- â©Receiving and managing incoming telephone calls and responding to inquiries on a multi-line phone system
- â©Greeting in-person visitors with courtesy and respect
- â©Managing and scheduling of boardrooms for internal users; overseeing the logistics for in-house and external meetings including the coordination of lunches, coffee, and supplies
- â©Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- â©Assist in document preparation
- â©Assist in downloading, scanning, filing and tracking of documents
- â©Providing assistance to the Administrative team with special company events
â©Qualifications
â©You'll Need To Have:
- â©Minimum High School Diploma, administrative training or certificate an asset
- â©3 years' experience working in a customer service oriented professional services environment
- â©A positive, people-oriented attitude is a must with outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- â©Conveys a high level of professionalism, yet be able to handle a variety of situations
- â©Previous experience with a multi-line phone system is preferred
- â©Excellent working knowledge of database management and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Project)
- â©Experience in supporting multiple individuals; must be well organized in your work
- â©Ability to work within a diverse, creative, fast-paced environment
