Our Alberta group is looking for a Revit Modeler to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs production drafting and design in the Revit environment, this is a critical aspect of the position

  • Learns to use professional concepts and internal policies and procedures to solve problems

  • Accountable for the technical quality and accuracy of work performed

  • Works under close supervision, with work regularly reviewed for accuracy, adequacy and conformance with guidelines and procedures

  • Provides support for plotting and electronic file submissions

  • Interacts on project standards and coordination with clients

  • Maintains CAD/BIM document archives for projects

  • Prepares drawing packages for submission to clients

  • Provides CAD/BIM support to staff designers

  • Coordinates the CAD/BIM portion of project deliverable's

  • Assists the senior engineer in field activities such as site inspections, condition assessments etc

  • Prepares/assists to prepare engineering documents, schedules or reports, as assigned.

  • May have client contact

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Revit is critical to the role

  • Graduate with a degree or diploma in drafting or modelling

  • Demonstrates excellent writing skills will be an asset

  • Experience with structural software, Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and visualization tools will be an asset

  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is required
