Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or diploma in marketing/communications or related field is preferred
· Two years of experience in content management, creative writing
· Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior
· Expert knowledge of content management systems (CMS)
· Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, web editing packages and all social media platforms
Responsibilities:
· Social media and website content development, contests and admin
· Content distribution and email campaign management
· Article preparation, outlining, vendor management, editing and posting
· Continuous updating of existing content to mirror SEO trends
· Webinar and presentation development and support
· Feedback tracking and reporting
· Admin support for international projects
· Post-service survey and review management
· Tradeshow management (CONEXPO, World of Concrete, Precast Show etc.)
· Podcast attendance
· Charity and fundraising
· Graphic design using Canva
· Spend tracker management
· Promo inventory management
· SEO Support
