As a Maintenance Worker II, you may perform a variety of skilled maintenance and repair work on patient and hospital equipment and intermediate mechanical systems to ensure safety and efficient operation of the building systems and equipment. You may utilize your maintenance skills and experience in the performance of preventative and demand maintenance within the exterior and interior of the building.

↩Additional Required Qualifications:↩5th Class Power Engineering Certificate an asset to comply with ABSA requirements. Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills. Boiler, chiller and water softener troubleshooting experience. HVAC, exhaust fan and building controls troubleshooting experience. Outdoor grounds equipment experience, such as tractors and snow blowers. Physically able to stand for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
