Westview Dental requires a sterilizing assistant, this is an entry-level position, no experience is needed, and training will be provided. Must be mature, responsible, meticulous to detail and must be able to multi-task.
Approximately 30 - 36 hours a week, 2 evenings a week, 2 Saturdays a month
Primary Role: Implement the high standards of reprocessing and sterilization within Westview Dental. The sterilization assistant cleans, disinfects, sterilizes and reprocesses all dental instruments that were used in procedures during the day, along with any instruments that were laid out for possible use. Maintain sterilization equipment as per manual instructions and guidelines. Other duties include but not limited to: re-stocking, room clean up and set up.
