Your Opportunity
As Real Estate Administrator, you will be an integral member of the Real Estate Services team that is responsible for supporting the administration of the Stantec corporate real estate portfolio, consisting of over four million square feet globally.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the execution of all lease and other real estate documents
- Ensure all real estate documentation requirements are complete and accurate
- Maintain the department's electronic files
- Develop and run various database reports from CoStar and internal tracking
- Prepare various internal and external memos, letters, correspondence and reports.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Real Estate team members and externally, while also managing team to meet strict compliance standards.
- Coordinate the completion of various key documents, such as estoppel certificates, assignments, consents, insurance certificates
- Update and track rebate fees and invoice brokers accordingly
- Support team with various administrative support
Qualifications
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Experience in the legal/paralegal field and/or knowledge of the Real Estate industry is preferred
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Word, and Excel
- A thorough and organized approach to managing multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Ability to gather and organize data from multiple sources
- Initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work independently in a dynamic team environment
Education and Experience
