Graduate of a recognized Medical Radiation Technologist program or recognized equivalent required Active registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT) required
Additional Required Qualifications:Current Registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACDMTT) required. Proven team player with an ongoing record of excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and openly with staff and management. Previous computed tomography experience required. Self motivated with strong organizational skills. Must possess a high degree of confidentially. High level of flexibility, adaptability and interpersonal skills, whilst exhibiting the highest level of professionalism. Proven ability to work under pressure within a team in emergency situations. Able to assess patient capabilities and limitations and make adjustments as necessary. Able to provide leadership and motivation in routine and non-routine situations.
Preferred Qualifications:One year experience as a Radiological Technologist in a medium to large hospital preferred. Demonstrated current experience using Siemens CT scanners highly desirable.
