Overview:
Inland Industrial Supply is a distributor of a variety of safety, industrial supplies and tools to the industrial construction and plant maintenance market. We are searching for an energetic individual to join our Edmonton Team as a Driver / Warehouse worker. This roll will be to efficiently deliver and pick up goods and as well as perform warehouse duties such as order picking, shelf stocking and general duties.
Responsibilities: include but are not limited to :
- Pick-up and delivery within the greater Edmonton Area
- Work within and maintain a safe work environment
- Follow established paperwork flow
- Pick and pack sales orders for shipping
- Build and wrap orders before loading on to trucks
- Check inbound goods from vendors
- General housekeeping duties
Qualifications:
- Clean Driving Abstract
- Good working knowledge of Edmonton area roadways
- Fluent in English
- Experience with SAP software would be an asset
- Forklift certification would be an asset
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High attention to detail and well organized
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs
Experience:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years experience as a delivery driver
- Warehouse work would an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
