HypeForce Marketing is a full service growth agency focused on scaling our clients' bottom line with innovative strategies and designs.

As a startup, we are seeking a social media manager to handle all things social related for our clients. Including asset / content creation, scheduling, posting, and engagement across multiple platforms within a variety of industries.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and organize photo / video shoots for content banking.
• Develop content for multiple clients in multiple industries. Stills, Reels, TikToks, Graphic Posters. Etc.
• Manage social media accounts for clients in multiple industries - content creation, scheduling, boosts, monitoring, analytics and monthly reports for clients.
• Pinpoint target audiences and conduct market research.
• Work with internal team to plan and advise on client social media strategies.
• Identify emerging trends, technologies and opportunities for our clients to grow in the digital space.
• Use and understand social analytic tools to measure results and develop future strategies.

Qualifications

• Photography / videography development with graphic design skillsets for content creation (phone photography is okay with reference to previous work)
• The ability and desire to manage social accounts for clients in numerous industries
• Willingness to gain a keen understanding of our clients' businesses, their industries, and their target audiences
• Understanding and passion for the social media environment
• Versatility

Salary: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
