Daventry Developments has an immediate opening for a reliable Construction Worker. You will work on a variety of construction projects performing general tasks. These tasks include loading and unloading materials, setting up temporary and permanent structures, installing windows and finishings, and forming, prepping, and pouring concrete.
You must be prepared to work in different types of weather conditions and a physically demanding environment. We primarily work with local clients, but some day travel may be necessary.
Construction Worker Requirements and Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Construction safety training certificates are preferred, but training can be provided
- Ability to perform repetitive work, including standing for long periods, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Reliable transportation to and from job site
- Construction experience an asset, but we'll train as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
