Front Desk Duties include:
You are responsible for delivering an excellent Guest experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Check-ins and check outs of guests in accordance with hotel standards in an efficient and friendly manner as well as verifying method of payment
- Assign guests to hotel rooms
- Takes reservations via telephone, emails, and other correspondence
- Answer guest inquiries regarding rates, hotel and room amenities and general information accurately and in a timely manner
- Resolving guests complaints and concerns as well as acknowledging guests in the lobby.
- Ensuring the lobby and work area is clean and free of debris
- Ensuring refreshment and breakfast area is clean and maintained and stocked
- Ensuring communication between different shifts and departments
- Assist other departments wherever necessary
- Other duties as assigned by a supervisor
- Provide general information about points of interest in the area
- Follow emergency and safety procedures
- Provide great customer service
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
- Shift hours can be anywhere from 3 pm to 11pm or 11 pm to 7 am, as well as be able to work weekends and holidays as assigned.

- A clean Criminal Record Check is required as a condition of employment
- Reliability and great work commitment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.25-$17.00 per hour
