Job description
We are looking for fun energetic people who love playing outside and want to enjoy all of the things the Rockies have to offer.. We work 10 hour shifts so that we get a long weekend, every week! 3 days off for the win. Quality Staff accommodation is also available.

The biggest part of the job is making sure people are greeted in a timely manner, help them enjoy the area and plan their adventures. Give them every opportunity to buy gear, enjoy our amazing rental program, use your honesty, passion and enthusiasm to ensure they are glad they came in and enjoy meeting you.
It's about making it fun, having people feel welcome. The more you play the better you will do. Hiking, biking, camping, climbing, fishing and even bird watching are in your back yard, we need to be confident you will be out enjoying or at least trying some of these activities. It's not about being the best or going the biggest, its about participating, learning and being relatable to our customers who want to learn more about playing in the mountains.
Sharing your insight with our customers and making it about them is how you thrive in this business. Hearing them laugh with you is a sure sign of success. Inviting them back to share their adventures and letting them tell their stories is the icing on the cake.
