We currently have an exciting opportunity at our Lethbridge facility for an HR Coordinator
Job Summary
Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will provide be responsible for coordinating and administering a variety of HR related activities. Ideal for a recent HR graduate or someone wanting to get into the HR field, this role will provide a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities that will encompass the entire Human Resources program within the Western Supply Chain at PepsiCo Foods Canada

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities Include:

  • Prescreen resumes, create job postings, and conducting post offer background checks
  • Facilitate the onboarding process including first day onboarding
  • Attend and support at staffing meetings to ensure business needs for labour is met
  • Support and oversee the local Employee Referral Program
  • Generate reports needed for HR information purposes
  • Provide business units data and requested information on HR data
  • Execute the disciplinary records process
  • Complete COVID case administration and tracking support
  • Participate in HR Change projects and initiatives
  • Maintain proper documentation, filing, and tracking for various HR programs and protocols ensuring accuracy and compliance

Qualifications/Requirements

Primary Qualifications Include:

  • Exceptional with your interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Analytical with a strong attention to detail and exceptional dedication to accuracy
  • Adaptable with a quick learning capability
  • Have experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
  • Able to set priorities, take initiative and work with little direction
  • Post secondary education in Human Resources or business administration is preferred
