What will you do?
- Develop, maintain, and deepen relationships with independent insurance advisors
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors to meet sales goals and achieve objectives.
- Deploy contact marketing strategies to increase results with existing advisors and business partners
- Utilize content marketing to engage more advisor and identify new relationship
- Promote and recommend Sun Life product illustrations and sales strategies
- Help advisors understand Sun Life products and software that will enhance their business
- Create and maintain activities and notes on advisor interactions in SalesForce
- Respond to inquiries about Sun Life's individual life and health products and processes
What do you need to succeed?
Post secondary degree or diploma- Knowledge of life and health insurance products
- Proven ability to build strong relationships
- A desire to work in a team environment
- 1+ years of sales experience or finance experience
- Effective problem solving and resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Life license would be considered an asset
The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
