The Relativity Case Manager will be a key member of the Ricoh Legal Discovery Solutions team that is responsible to work directly with clients and Project Management to design, architect and implement robust discovery solutions on non-complex matters that drive efficiency, competitive advantage, and client satisfaction.

The Relativity Case Manager is responsible for the execution, tracking and reporting of all project related tasks within the hosted application(s) to ensure workflow solutions are properly executed in keeping with the architected design solution.

The Relativity Case Manager is extremely knowledgeable in litigation support services, processes and technology and provides exceptional client service to key customers.

This position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong technical, analytical, and operational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with and execute on the Design and Architecture of defensible, cost-effective hosted solutions for non-complex matters

· Quality Control of all hosted data and tasks to ensure the deliverable and database update is accurate. This includes quality control of all tasks executed by junior team members.

· Preparation and executions of Productions including validation checks in keeping with client requirements.

· User and security management in hosted applications

· Assist with and create documentation for customized solutions and/or internal protocols and workflows

· Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications:

· Post-secondary education in a technical field (IT, Computer Science, or related field)

· 1–3 years' work experience in Litigation Support / Discovery

· Relativity Certified or Certification ready and have experience working with Relativity

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills

· Ability to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently.

· Strong understanding of the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model)

· Understands the significance of quality control and disciplined processes

· Ability to produce accurate and meaningful documentation

· Outstanding attention to detail

· A creative problem solver who comes to work with a positive attitude

· Ability to analyze issues and make recommendations

· Ability to work effectively within a team (both internal and external)

· Ability to develop strong, value and loyalty-based relationships with team and clients

· Strong motivational skills

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Superior customer service skills

· Strong knowledge of:

· Image formats

· Relational vs. flat databases

· Web-based applications like Relativity

· Delimited file formats

· Load file formats for appropriate litigation support applications

· OCR / Extracted text

· dtSearch indexing and best practices

· Analytics and best practices

· Proficiency in Microsoft products:

· Office 365
