We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our RM Precast Team! This position will primarily be responsible for purchase order administration and coordinating production.

Regular work week will be Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm.

- Obtain purchase order information and clarify scope of work with customers
- Data entry of purchase order information to draft order blueprints
- Provide design plans to the production team and schedule work completion
- Perform basic estimating on residential product line
- Organize schedules for work completion to maximize efficiencies and avoid delays
- Coordinate with customers on timeliness of product
- Provide reporting and status updates to sales and management team
- Other duties as may be assigned
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong Communication and organizational skills
- Preferably, experience working within a construction or production facility environment
